I had problems with both of the tapes, First you were broken so I had problem understanding. Second you kept fadeing in and out. I kind of got the idea whats going on.

I have a single dwelling first purchased in 1999 approx. 1500 sq. feet. In 2003 I had an addition (ADA standard) built resulting in a total of approx. 2640 sq.ft., plus an external shop addition of 22×30 sq. ft. 6″ insulated walls with a gas furnace for heat. The appraisal at that time was 265,000. I currently have a loan at 6.125%. I currently own 200,000. My goal is to refinance for the current balance, with costs included at a rate of 4.0 to 5.0$. This would allow me to pay existing bills at a faster rate.
